Key Responsibilities
  • Unloading trucks and containers.
  • Distribution of materials on site.
  • Pre-assembly and assembly of mounting structures.
  • Installation and assembly of photovoltaic modules.
  • Use of hand tools and power tools required for the role.
  • Housekeeping duties, including site cleaning, organization, and maintenance.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in the assembly of photovoltaic structures and modules.
  • Valid 20-hour or 6-hour trade training certificate accredited by the Fundación Laboral de la Construcción (Construction Labour Foundation) in installation work, repairs, assembly, metal structures, locksmithing, and metal carpentry.
  • Availability to work in different project locations.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Responsible attitude and strong commitment to workplace safety.
  • Proactive individual with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in the assembly of photovoltaic structures and modules.
