Key Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise foundation works, primarily involving the pile-driving of steel profiles.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors on site, validating proper execution and monthly certifications together with the Site Manager.
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and quality and safety procedures.
- Guarantee the availability of resources, equipment, and work fronts.
- Manage and coordinate the company’s own site personnel.
- Monitor productivity and track project progress.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Experience in photovoltaic projects, renewable energy projects, and/or civil works.
- Valid 20-hour or 6-hour trade training certificate accredited by the Fundación Laboral de la Construcción (Construction Labour Foundation).
- Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
- Availability to work in different project locations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Experience in photovoltaic projects, renewable energy projects, and/or civil works.
