Key Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors, company personnel, and the different construction disciplines involved in the project.
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, manuals, and technical procedures, resolving on-site issues and managing engineering modifications together with the Engineering Department and Site Management.
- Monitor the availability of work fronts, equipment, and resources, while ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and safety plans.
- Track project progress and productivity, validating subcontractor performance and monthly certifications together with the Site Manager.
- Monitor and maximize productivity while ensuring the timely execution of assembly works.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Experience in photovoltaic projects, renewable energy projects, and/or civil works.
- Valid 20-hour or 6-hour trade training certificate accredited by the Fundación Laboral de la Construcción (Construction Labour Foundation).
- Availability to work in different project locations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
