We are looking for a Construction Quality Manager to lead the supervision of the assembly and commissioning of photovoltaic structures in utility-scale and distributed generation solar projects, carrying out on-site inspections and coordinating a team of technicians.

What are the main responsibilities?
  • Planning of work activities and review of project tracking documentation (drawings, reports, manuals, etc.) across Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning, in coordination with the Site Manager.
  • Support in assessing and managing the resources required for project execution.
  • Monitoring overall project progress, reporting incidents and updates to the Site Manager.
  • Implementation of corrective actions to control project deviations under the guidance of the Site Manager.
  • Coordination between the different departments involved in the projects.
  • Support in the development and implementation of procedures for monitoring and controlling construction phase activities.
  • Preparation of progress reports for the different project phases.
  • Communication with authorities and subcontractors.
  • Monitoring quality, environmental, health and safety management throughout the project.
  • Review and follow-up of subcontractors’ schedules and planning.
  • Certification of subcontractors and payment status control.

Other Responsibilities
  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Availability to travel to national project sites.
  • University degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • Knowledge of the main equipment used in photovoltaic installations.
  • Languages: intermediate level of English. Other languages will be valued.
